Your privacy matters to you, and it matters to me. All details are held in the strictest confidence. I promise to NEVER sell your personal details to any third party or company for mailing or marketing purposes.
I will not share your information with third parties unless you have given your permission to do so or there is a legal requirement to do so, such as protection of yourself or others if I perceive there is a risk in accordance with safeguarding measures, or I receive a legal request for your records.
What I WILL do:
I request personal details of my clients in order to provide my services to them and collecting some data from you helps me to help you better. I am committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information that you provide lawfully (in accordance with General Protection Regulations 25/5/18).

I will only send you information that you have agreed to receive. You may remove yourself from any mailing list, newsletter circulation or email from me at any point you choose. If you choose not to provide personal information then it may prevent me from being able to work effectively and safely with you. In such an instance then we would be unable to enter into a working relationship with you.
Security/Storing your data:
All data is stored securely and in line with legal requirements.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information collected online. Electronic client data is held on the GoTeamUp remote server with password restricted access. Clients manage their own accounts and can update, change or delete data as they wish. Clients can also manage or ‘opt out’ of their selected marketing preferences.
I will store all clinical information for 7 years after my last contact with you, as per my legal obligation. Enquiries and applications, that you make and then do not choose to follow up on, will be stored for 12 months. You may request these to be destroyed prior to this time.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like shopping carts, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. The most effective way to disable cookies, should you wish to, is in your browser. I suggest consulting the ‘Help’ section of your browser or taking a look at the ‘About Cookies’ website which offers guidance for all modern browsers.
If you wish me to delete, remove or stop using your personal informationI will do so on request, as long as there is no legal or justifiable need for us to keep it. This is known as the ‘right to object’ or ‘right to erasure’ or the ‘right to be forgotten’. You may withdraw your consent at any time. If you withdraw your consent I will be unable to provide products or services to you. Please contact me if you wish to withdraw your consent. You should understand that when exercising your rights, other legislation and requirements may take precedence over any request you make (for example my insurers insist I keep all clinical records for at least 7 years). In addition, where necessary we may be required by law to grant access to your data for law enforcement, legal and/or health related matters.
You may request a copy of any personal information I hold about you. Please write to me at: The Integrative Healing Process, Kindred, Deadhearn Lane, Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire, HP8 4HG requesting a copy of your personal information. A small processing fee may be payable.
If you believe the information held by us, about you, is wrong or incomplete please contact me on email@example.com. I will take reasonable steps to check its accuracy and correct it.
‘The Integrative Healing Process’ may update this policy with time, and in doing so shall update this page. Notification will be made when this occurs so that you can check you wish to accept these changes.
